I have always admired very long hair and was wondering what makes a women grow it very long.

I would define very long hair as past the thighs and longer.

I used to but it gets so hot in the summer! I hated it so I cut it to my chin! It's grown now but I always get it cut when its 6-7 inches down my back. It's just so much bother and unpractical!
