Can long hair effect hair-growth ?

Ive recently grown my hair out long for the first time and was noticing how vulnerable it is to damage like hair being pulled out, or hair being brushed out. I also noticed alot of hair in my drain. Im worried if hair-loss can be a future effect?

its one thing about longer hair,its more prone to damage if not regulary trimmed and also it only looks like your losing alot of hair cos its so much longer.It wont affect the future of your hair.Just trimm reg

for your hair, the best bet is prenatal vitamins ( yes guys can take them with no problems, the doctor told my boyfriend to take them) they will help your hair grow very fast and thick.

your hair will fallout in the brush and shower when it gets longer because it is longer and it is getting hot under all that hair. it is your body's way of cooling off. Mine does it every summer, (just like my puppy.)

if it is a problem with split ends, trim, (not cut) and put olive oil on it. it is a little hard to wash out, but it is SO worth it.
