what's good about having long hair? isn't it aggravating? mine is a little longer than shoulder length and it's driving me crazy, sometimes I really just want to take a razor to it.

Is it just for looks, or is there some other motivating factor behind growing your hair out? Because... I really don't care that much about looks, although I will admit that my hair is really pretty now that it's gotten longer. It's just so aggravating that I don't know if it's worth it. short hair is so much easier.

I've had my hair 2 inches short, down to my middle back (where it is now) and every where in between. Short hair is way easier, but I like my hair long because you can do a lot with it. I also think it looks better on me. If my hair's bugging me I just pull it back into a ponytail.

Some people look great with short hair, though. So I think it's all about preference and face shape.

Well it looks good with the shape of my face, and in the summer it's cooler [temperature wise] and i can style it more than with short hair.

MY HAIR IS MEDIUM LENGHT......AND I MOSTLY KEEP IT LIKE THIS BC WEN ITS TOO SHORT.......I GET REALLY FRIZZY AND BIG......I HATE IT.....SO I HAVE TO GROW IT OUT A BIT........BUT I'VE BEEN THINKIN ABOUT CUTTING IT SHORTER.....JUST TO TRY AND C IF IT DOESNT FRIZZ TOO MUCH............

Well mine almost reaches my waist and I used to HATE IT! In the summer it was brutal and it always got in my face,but I finally learned how to actually take care of it

My mom won't let me cut it because she says so many girls have short hair and why would I want to be like them,(no offense,lol)

I've learn to like it so much I always leave it down,I honestly don't know what it feels like to have short hair but I'm sure it hassle free

Well, I have long hair b/c my hair type is very wavy, and if I cut it short I would basically look like an electrocuted poodle.

What is aggravating with long hair? I have very long hair (long enough to sit on) %26amp; I think it's great. Of course it enhances my looks %26amp; I can style it in various ways. I can't think of anytime when I'm been annoyed with it. If it does get in the way or I'm getting hot, I can always put it up in a bun %26amp; it's almost as if I have short hair. Plus since it's so long, when I do put it up, it stays, none of it ever falls down.
