I once owned a long hair chihuahua but only had him for a short time so he was still a puppy but he had extremely fluffy hair , he was a long hair breed and I was just wondering if its a specific long hair type? because when i look at other long hair chi breeds they are not as fluffy but they are all the same age as mine was
